After spending more than a decade as an individual fundraiser, development leader, and communication specialist, Hannah founded Mission Driven Consulting in 2016 to support nonprofits at every stage on their path to reaching their fullest potential. Hannah and the Mission Driven Consulting team help organizations achieve financial stability and achieve their long-term vision and goals through strategic planning, staff recruiting, executive coaching, board development, content creation and more. Hannah has worked with dozens of clients throughout the Northeast and beyond.

Amanda Jaffe is a former attorney with three decades of legal experience who, since 2019, has devoted her time to writing. Combining her years of legal and analytical experience with her love of the written word, she provides content creation, project support, copy editing and grant writing services, all with a focus on communicating ideas and helping organizations put them into action.

Amanda Nover has spent the last 10+ years as a fundraiser in local and national organizations, specializing in corporate partnerships and special events. She has executed record-breaking galas and donor programs and also managed the corporate social responsibility efforts for a major company in the DC region.

Katie Nojima has 15+ years of experience as a fundraising professional working in the performing arts. Educated in Graphic Design and Photography, Danielle Wilkinson has expanded her skills into the role of Executive Assistant with 20+ years of experience including freelance in the industry. She has supported multiple clients, both on US-based and international teams. Her experience in layout and logo design, print media, photo editing, and preparing artwork for the web, add extra value to her admin role, allowing her creative thinking to shine through.
